2024 Main Street Maryland Conference

The event will take place on October 8, 2024, at The Weinberg Center for the Arts in Frederick, Maryland, and will highlight the vital role of Maryland’s Main Streets in shaping vibrant communities.

Under the theme “Creating a Local & Lovable Main Street Experience,” the conference will celebrate the unique charm of these local main streets and focus on enhancing their economic and social impact. The program will cover key areas such as fundraising, placemaking, business attraction, and addressing the housing crisis, offering practical strategies and insights for community development. Jess Rimington, co-author of “Beloved Economies,” will deliver the keynote address.
