Barnstormers Tour & Plein Air Paint Out

Nine barns in the Rocky Ridge/Thurmont area will be featured during the 13th annual Barnstormers Tour and Plein Air Paint Out. This self-guided tour brings awareness to our agricultural heritage and vanishing historic barns. Trained docents will greet visitors at each barn. During the day local artists will paint at the barns. After the tour an art exhibit at the Gough Family Farm will feature the new plein air paintings for sale. There will also be music by the Main Line Gravy Soppers and food for purchase. The afternoon art show from 4 to 6 pm is free and open to the public.
