Barnstormers Tour; Plein Air Paint Out

Ten barns in the Wolfsville area will be featured during the Frederick County Landmarks Foundation’s 12th annual Barnstormers Tour. The event has 3 components, a ticketed self guided barn tour, an art show/sale and various educational demos and displays. Trained docents will greet visitors at each barn and during the tour you may watch artists paint at the barns. After the tour an art exhibit will feature the new plein air paintings for sale. There will be music by the Mainline Gravy Soppers and food for purchase. The afternoon art show and music from 4 to 6 pm is free and open to the public.
