Miss Urbana Scholarship Program

We are a non-profit scholarship program for young women who reside, study or work full-time in the State of Maryland and who are passionate to represent the Urbana Community. We are a local preliminary to the Miss Maryland and national recognized Miss America program. We proudly award thousands of dollars in scholarships, promote leadership and community service opportunities and provide life-skills workshops for academic and personal success. Our scholarship program goal is to increase self -esteem, strengthen public speaking, encourage community involvement and empower young women 13-25 years of age to believe in themselves and know that their possibilities are endless.
Our scholarship program will take place on Saturday November 16, 2019 at the JBK Theater at Frederick Community College. A silent auction to benefit our scholarship awards will begin at 2 pm and the Program will begin at 4 pm. Family friendly and a great show for all! Admission is $10/ adults, Kids free with a canned food item benefitting our local partner the Greater Urbana Area Food Bank.
